The sprint starts with a trace of the main templates on mobile. Work then goes into images, font loading, caching, and third-party scripts that block the page.

The aim is a clear improvement in Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, and Cumulative Layout Shift. If the platform cannot reach a healthy result without a rebuild, you are told before further money is spent.
